Very thorough and extremely well done!

We had an older home we were purchasing inspected by Brian Nix. He was prompt arriving a few minutes before the appointment time. He was polite and very we'll spoken. He explained upfront what his services covered and what they did not and also what his definition of a sound house was verses cosmetic issues, etc. He inspected every nook and cranny from the roof to the crawl space to the attic...everything. He climbed inside the attic rather than peeping his head in and looking left and right. The attic drop down door was blocked by an old car in the garage. The home had been vacant for almost a year and the other realtor was not able to contact anyone figure out how to move it. Brian himself helped us push the car back so he could access the attic then helped us move it back into place. His report was extremely thorough with pictures and detailed captions explaining if the issue was a maintenance, defect, or safety concern. He emailed us the report the next day. He states his turn around time is 24-48 hours. From the short time I spent with him, I could tell he was a man of character and integrity. His wife Accompanied him and helped him complete his job. She was extremely knowledgable of the process and helped Brian by handing him tools etc. you could tell they respected each other and that in itself was refreshing.
